This course introduces you to the various skills required by an individual to solve problems occurring at individual and organizational level. These skills include; motivating others, building relationships by communicating supportively, gaining power and influence, empowering and delegating etc.


Quality management is developed as an integrated system of management for organizational improvement. Topics covered include the quality management guiding principles of leadership commitment, customer focus, employee involvement/teamwork, continuous process improvement, and the systematic use of measurement data. 


This course aims at providing you with a deeper understanding of the use of statistical methods for quality control and improvement. It covers topics pertaining to quality control through the use of statistical analysis and typical control techniques. It also encompasses development of reliability models and procedures for product assurance.
